SKIN & BONES [HUMAN WALL]

A wall must have a system of cladding and a system of structure -- in effect, skin and bones. Often, each of these systems are separate aggregations of repeated units, with the cladding system sheathing the entirety of the structural system. If this premise is rejected, then each structural unit might be cloaked in its own skin, a condition that the human body readily exhibits. Taking as our precedents animate bodies that cluster and stack for navigation, warmth, beauty, and spectacle, we attempt to create a human wall.
